Four Chelsea players might depart if appropriate offers are made.

Chelsea may sell Conor Gallagher, Trevoh Chalobah, Ian Maatsen, and Armando Broja if they receive suitable offers this summer.

Gallagher and Chalobah, both 24, were integral to former manager Mauricio Pochettino’s plans, and he was prepared to advocate for their retention. However, Pochettino’s amicable departure by mutual consent on Tuesday has cast doubt on their futures.

Chelsea reportedly values Gallagher at around £50m as he approaches the final year of his contract. Despite Pochettino’s exit, Gallagher is hesitant to leave after a successful season in which he frequently captained the team and made the most appearances. He is also cautious about making a hasty decision before the European Championship, having been included in Gareth Southgate’s preliminary squad.

Chalobah, who has four years remaining on his contract, is also not in a hurry to leave. Chelsea valued him at £25m last summer when they accepted an offer from Nottingham Forest, which he rejected. He is only interested in offers from top seven Premier League clubs or Champions League teams in Europe.

Maatsen, currently on loan at Borussia Dortmund and preparing for the Champions League final, is available for sale. The 22-year-old Netherlands Under-21 international extended his Chelsea contract before his loan, which includes a £35m release clause.

Broja, a 22-year-old Albania striker, had an unsuccessful loan spell at Fulham this season and is also available for sale, attracting interest from various European clubs. Both Maatsen and Broja are willing to move before June 30, potentially aiding Chelsea in adhering to Premier League profit and sustainability rules (PSR).

Chelsea has spent over £1bn on transfers in the last four windows, despite selling £400m worth of players. The club denies that any activity is related to concerns over PSR sanctions for financial rule violations.

Additionally, Chelsea has agreed to a £29.1m fee to sign 17-year-old Palmeiras winger Estevao Willian, who will join the club in 2025 after turning 18.
