Declan Rice sent a classy message to Manchester United’s Mason Mount after Mount won the FA Cup on Saturday.

The Red Devils defeated Manchester City in a thrilling final at Wembley Stadium, with Alejandro Garnacho and Kobbie Mainoo surprising their city rivals.

After the game, Mount shared a series of images from the final, including one with his medal and the FA Cup. He wrote: “Ending a frustrating 2023/24 with a trophy. Your support pushed us all the way today as it has all season. Thank you, United.”

Rice quickly congratulated his friend on Instagram, commenting: “Love it you,” followed by clapping hands and a red heart emojis.

Both players grew up together in the Chelsea academy and have played together only with the England national team.
