They will only consider a move if the price drops. Martin Zubimendi remains a more concrete possibility. Guimaraes has given every indication he’s happy at Newcastle, but an exit can’t be discounted due to the clause.” Newcastle’s financial concerns might force them to sell a marquee player, potentially lowering Guimaraes’ price.
A video has emerged of Guimaraes with Arsenal players Gabriel Magalhaes and Gabriel Martinelli while on international duty with Brazil. This connection could help Arsenal persuade Guimaraes to move. If they fail to secure Guimaraes, Arsenal are considering alternatives like Amadou Onana, Martin Zubimendi, and Youssouf Fofana, as Thomas Partey’s departure seems likely.
