However, Sesko is now expected to stay in Germany and sign a new contract with Leipzig.
As a result, Arsenal has shifted their focus to Swedish forward Viktor Gyokeres. The club’s interest in the Sporting striker has been known for some time, but they have now intensified their pursuit.
Reports indicate that Gyokeres is “on the verge” of signing with Arsenal, suggesting that the club is close to adding him to their roster.
