Oscar Bobb, a graduate of City’s academy, was a standout performer in Pep Guardiola’s squad last season, delivering many impressive performances akin to Chelsea’s Cole Palmer.
Cole Palmer joined Mauricio Pochettino’s squad last season and quickly became a crucial asset, scoring 25 goals across all competitions. His exceptional performance earned him numerous awards and a spot in Gareth Southgate’s England squad.
Like Palmer, Oscar Bobb, who has scored twice for Norway, has made only 26 appearances for Manchester City. At 21, the same age Palmer was when he moved to London, investing in Bobb could be a strategic move for Chelsea to enhance Maresca’s attacking options.
